Vasudha Foundation was established in the year 2002. Sri Mantena Venkata Rama Raju is the founder Chairman. It was started with Objectives of fulfilling its social responsibilities of helping the needy from diffrent sections of society. It has started its charitable services from garagaparru village, near Bhimavaram town, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh with development of school and providing infrastructure facilities in the school.

The objectives of the Foundation are to help the people at time of Natural Disasters, conducting of Medical Camps; Finincial assistance to the poor students to persue higher education; Medial assistance to the poor people suffering from various diseases; Finincial assistance to old age homes; giving old age pension to poor and senior citizens; Finincial assistance to Institutions rendering services to orphanages, mentally and physically disabled students; distribution of clothes to the poor school children, blankets to the poor and senior citizens.
